It's pleasant place to stay 4 km away from Westgate Hall. They offer spotless, stunning rooms with a great view, comfortable bed, a balcony. The location of the venue is peaceful and fab, close enough to Hythe ferry as well as shops.

The view overlooking the marina is pretty lovely, a great setting for a drink or two when the sun's out. The room itself featured quality linens, made for a comfortable sleep, always a plus after a long day of adventures.
A few details could use some serious attention. The check-in process happens at a crowded bar, especially when you're dealing with luggage. My room wasn't the cleanest, with dust lingering in corners and burn marks on the bedside table. The breakfast fell short. While it was included, it only offered the standard cereals and fruits, lacking any cooked options unless you wanted to fork over some extra credits. The shower hose was rusty, and the whole bathroom showed signs of neglect. Had to lug my bags up three flights of stairs. The atmosphere wasn't exactly serene either, with noise from events nearby making it hard to relax.

The Boathouse provided a wonderful overall experience with its fantastic views of the marina, a comfortable standard double room, and nice staff. The evening meals were excellent, and the breakfast options were varied, including gluten-free choices that catered well to dietary restrictions.

It was just a fitting option for a transient stop in Hythe with great value. The spacious room had a lovely balcony. Make sure to check when live music is scheduled if you prefer a quiet night.

Great spot near the marina!
Really enjoyed my stay! The location was fantastic, right by the marina. Great view from room 9, nice and spacious. The breakfast was a solid Continental with good options. Just a heads-up, check-in at the bar was odd, and the lack of 24hr reception felt off, like what if there's a late-night need?
